The engine

One engine beneath every product.

CultureFlow is a cultural intelligence platform. Underneath is a graph of peer-reviewed research, a Cultural Signature for every person, and a family of products that read both. Here is how it fits together, and where your data lives.

The engine, in three parts

The graph, the corpus, the Signature.

The graph

100+ countries, each with values dimensions from the Integrated Values Surveys, work attitudes from ISSP, GLOBE regional context, and Hofstede as a comparison layer. Within each country, generation and gender cohorts, so a reading is never only a nationality. Between countries, the measured tensions and alignments the products read.

The research corpus

Peer-reviewed papers indexed for retrieval and tiered by source quality. Every briefing records which sources it drew on.

The Cultural Signature

One object per person, composed from the graph from six inputs, nationality, age, gender, experience, seniority, and industry, into five dimensions. Every product reads the same Signature, so what you set up once follows you everywhere.

How a read happens

The model writes. The graph decides what is true.

01

You give the context.

The meeting, the prospect, the team.

02

The engine reads the Signatures.

It pulls the Signatures involved and the graph relationships between them: Where they pull apart, where they align, and the norms that apply.

03

It retrieves the research.

The papers that bear on that situation, drawn from the corpus.

04

A language model writes the briefing.

From that material, and only that material, and it records the sources it used. The model writes; the graph decides what is true.

The product family

Different ways of reading the same engine.

  • Signature reads you.
  • CONNECT guides you through internal conversations and meetings.
  • COMPASS supercharges your interactions with prospects and customers so you can convert more pipeline.
Data, privacy, and security

What we store, what we never do.

  • What we store. Your account, your answers, and your briefings, so you can return to them. A briefing is private unless you create a share link.
  • What goes into the graph. Your country and the facets you enter, under an internal identifier. Not your name, not your email.
  • What we never do. Sell your data. Train models on it. Show your Signature to anyone unless you share it.
  • Deletion. Ask and we delete your account and everything under it.
  • Certifications. We hold none yet, and we say so rather than imply otherwise. Security questionnaires are welcome: Talk to us.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Cultural Intelligence Engine?

The Cultural Intelligence Engine is the shared core beneath every CultureFlow product: a graph of peer-reviewed cross-cultural research covering 100+ countries, a research corpus indexed for retrieval, and the Cultural Signature composed from both. Products are different ways of reading the same engine.

What is a Cultural Signature?

A Cultural Signature is a per-person reading of cultural context, composed from six inputs (nationality, age, gender, experience, seniority, and industry) into five dimensions. It is free, it is yours, and every CultureFlow product reads it.

Where is my data stored?

Your account, answers, and briefings are stored separately from the cultural graph, which holds your country and facets under an internal identifier, never your name or email.

Does CultureFlow train AI on my data?

No. Briefings are generated by a language model from the graph and the research corpus, and CultureFlow does not train models on user data.
